Terms of Service

By creating an account or using OdysseyTV ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

OdysseyTV turns an Apple TV into a rotating display for web pages and built-in pages you choose, managed from the web. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity on the screens you pair. Notify us immediately at hello@odysseytv.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Add pages you do not have the right to display, or whose terms prohibit automated capture.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.

OdysseyTV is currently free during early access. When paid plans are introduced we will give notice before any charges begin, and early adopters will not be billed retroactively. Any future paid plans are billed in advance and cancellable at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of all data and page URLs you submit to the Service. We store and process them solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OdysseyTV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
