Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (your name and email address, handled by our authentication provider), the content you configure in the product (the page URLs you add, built-in page settings, dashboard and screen names, and the pairing between a dashboard and an Apple TV), and standard server logs (IP addresses, browser type, request timestamps).

To display a page on your TV, our render pipeline fetches the URLs you add and captures a periodic image of each one. Those URLs and the content they return are treated as your data.

• To provide and improve the service.
• To render the pages you add on a schedule so your Apple TV always shows a current image.
• To send transactional emails - team invitations and alerts when a screen goes offline. These are operational, not marketing.
• To keep the service secure and diagnose problems.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your organisation, all associated data - dashboards, pages, screens and rendered images - is deleted within 30 days. You can request earlier deletion by emailing hello@odysseytv.app.

• Clerk - authentication and session management.
• Resend - transactional email delivery.
• Cloud hosting - our application and database run on reputable cloud infrastructure providers.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hello@odysseytv.app. We will respond within 30 days.

We use a single session cookie for authentication (set by Clerk). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We will notify users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always published at odysseytv.app/privacy.
